Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Video Director to lead our video production team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong creative vision, and the ability to deliver high-quality video content that exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in conceptualizing and developing creative video strategies that align with client objectives and brand identities.
Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and production crew to ensure the successful execution of video projects within established timelines and budgets.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to the video production team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and impact of our video content.
Requirements:
Proven experience in directing and producing corporate videos, commercials, or branded content with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual storytelling skills.
Expertise in video production techniques, equipment, and software, with proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
A keen eye for detail, visual composition, and a thorough understanding of storytelling through video content.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of leading successful video projects.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
Strong knowledge of production processes, budget management, and client interaction.
